DISPOSITIONS GÉNÉRALES

En passant commande, le client confirme qu’il a lu et accepté les présentes conditions générales. SNØ, une marque de Fitech Services SA (ci-après dénommée SNØ), se réserve le droit de modifier ces conditions sans préavis. Les conditions en vigueur au moment de la commande sont d’application.

SALES AND PAYMENTS

Unless otherwise agreed in advance, all orders will only be delivered after receipt of full payment. We reserve the right to refuse any arrangement without explanation. Orders are final and no refunds will be made after receipt of payment. Prices are quoted excluding VAT and shipping costs.

The prices in euros (€) listed in the current price list are binding; amounts displayed in other currencies are indicative. When making a payment, please do so in euros (€). All bank charges are payable by the customer, who must specify this to the intermediary at the time of payment. This allows the bank to make the appropriate conversions to avoid any errors when the payment arrives in our account, which could delay delivery due to the need for additional payment.

For orders placed outside Switzerland, import duties (VAT, customs duties, processing fees, etc.) are payable by the buyer. These taxes are invoiced directly by the customs authorities of their country and are not included in the prices listed in our price list. It is the buyer’s responsibility to find out in advance about the import conditions of the destination country in order to avoid any unpleasant surprises. Goods are declared at their actual value.

DELIVERY

Orders are dispatched within 10 working days of receipt of payment. Please note that products are stored in a semi-finished state due to colour selection.

The average production time for our products is approximately 8 working days. Every effort is made to ensure prompt delivery, but delays beyond our control cannot be ruled out. No compensation can be claimed in the event of a delay in delivery, and the order cannot be cancelled.

For orders placed outside Switzerland, the buyer is responsible for paying customs duties and resolving any import issues.

We accept no responsibility in the event of disputes with carriers.

AFTER-SALES SERVICE, WARRANTY

We provide comprehensive after-sales service for our products directly; please contact us if necessary. SNØ organises delivery addresses for Switzerland and Europe ([email protected]).

All equipment is tested before delivery. We offer a two-year warranty on all our products, except for consumables, straps and elastic bands (one year). The warranty only covers product defects. Any damage caused by misuse and any attempt at modification or repair by the customer without prior authorisation will void the warranty.

We offer a repair service for all our products, even outside the warranty coverage. This service is chargeable and we will provide a quote once the equipment has been returned to us. The repair will be carried out after full payment of the quote.

Any return of equipment requires prior authorisation from us. Equipment received without prior agreement will not be processed. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender, as are any customs charges that may be invoiced to us upon receipt.

These general terms and conditions of sale are valid from 1 January 2025.
