GENERAL PROVISIONS

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these terms and conditions. SNØ, a brand of NEOS Health Sàrl (hereinafter referred to as SNØ), reserves the right to modify these terms without notice. The conditions in effect at the time of the order shall apply.

PRODUCT

The products may slightly differ from the illustrations presented on promotional materials; these illustrations are provided for informational purposes only.

SALES AND PAYMENT

Unless otherwise agreed in advance, all orders will only be delivered after receiving full payment. We reserve the right to refuse any arrangement without explanation. Orders are final, and no refunds will be made once payment is received. Prices are listed, excluding VAT and shipping costs.

The prices in euros (€) shown on the current price list are binding; amounts displayed in other currencies are indicative. When making a payment, please do so in euros (€). All bank charges are the customer’s responsibility, who must specify this to the intermediary during payment. This ensures that the bank makes the appropriate conversions so that no errors occur upon arrival in our account, which could delay delivery due to the need for additional payment.

For orders placed outside Switzerland, the buyer is responsible for importation (VAT, customs duties, processing fees, etc.). These taxes are charged directly by the customs authority of their country and are not included in the prices shown on our price list. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inquire in advance about the import conditions of the destination country to avoid any unpleasant surprises. The goods are declared at their real value.

DELIVERY

Orders are dispatched within 10 working days after payment is received. Please note that products are stored in a semi-finished state due to color selection.

The average production time for our products is approximately 8 working days. Every effort is made to ensure prompt delivery, but delays beyond our control are not excluded. No damages can be claimed in the event of delivery delays, and the order cannot be canceled.

For orders placed outside Switzerland, the buyer is responsible for paying customs duties and resolving any potential importation issues.

We disclaim any liability in the event of disputes with carriers.

AFTER-SALES SERVICE, WARRANTY

We provide complete after-sales service for our products directly; please contact us if necessary. SNØ organizes shipping addresses for Switzerland and Europe (sav@snø.com).

All equipment is tested before delivery. We offer a two-year warranty on all our products, except for consumables, straps, and elastics (one year). The warranty only covers product defects. Any damage caused by improper use and any modification or repair attempts made by the customer without prior authorization voids the warranty.

We offer a repair service for all our products, even outside the warranty coverage. This service is chargeable, and we will provide an estimate once the equipment is returned. The repair will be carried out after full payment of the estimate.

All returns of equipment require prior authorization from us. Equipment received without arrangement will not be processed. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender, as well as any potential customs fees that may be charged to us upon receipt.

These general terms and conditions of sale are valid from January 1, 2020.
